Banana Cream Matcha Latte

In a blender, combine the ripe banana, vanilla syrup or honey, and a splash of milk. Blend until smooth.

Prepare your matcha by whisking 1 tsp matcha powder with a small amount of hot water (about 2–3 tablespoons) until smooth and frothy.

Pour the banana mixture into the bottom of a glass.

Add ice over the banana base.

Pour in a layer of milk on top of the ice.

Gently pour the prepared matcha over the milk to create a layered effect.

Add a bit more milk to any remaining banana mixture, froth it, and pour it on top as the final layer.

Garnish with two banana slices and a dash of cinnamon.
