Spicy Salmon Sushi Balls

Add rice wine to sushi rice, salt and mix. Cut salmon into small pieces, add spicy mayo and sriracha, mix well. Chop up cucumbers and avocado. When using rice, less is more. Add rice, flatten rice onto plastic wrap, fill with avocado, salmon, and furikake, then add some rice on top. Pick up using corners of plastic wrap and mold into a ball. Remove plastic and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with low sodium soy sauce and lots of ginger on the side.
