Instructions

For the matcha layer: Whisk 1 tsp matcha with 2–3 oz hot water and 1 tsp honey until smooth. Pour over a layer of ice in your glass. For the middle ice layer: Add another handful of ice to float the next layers. For the milk layer: Pour in 1/2 cup of your favorite milk (e.g., FAIRLIFE). For the ube foam: Blend 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp ube powder, and a splash of sweetener until light and frothy. Pour on top. Don’t skip the ice layers—that’s how you get that gorgeous separation. Sip as-is or give it a stir for a magical color swirl.
